What a bloody disappointment this was (unlike some other gems). Oh no my friend, I did not object to the portrayal of ‘fat’ and dowdy (dowdy=bad, girls! bad!) Anne Hathaway (yes Anne in case you didn’t know it Anne you are a fat, fat bitch) or the blah blah fashion is important blah blah it’s an art form blah blah expressing yourself is important blah blah … but just to the tiring nature of the film. I think I developed stress-related eczema watching it. Afterwards I felt like it was I who had toiled tirelessly for a year for a workaholic cyborg.
Give me Maid in Manhattan any day.
